Language and System Features
New Features:
- When an intrinsic is printed, its signatures are now sorted alphabetically by type.
- A new string type for binary data has been created. Using this
type it is possible to read and write binary data files.
- One may now use {[T]} to specify a set OR sequence with elements
of type T for an argument of an intrinsic signature.
