Dirichlet Characters

Changes:

Exponent of a Dirichlet group now returns the exponent of that group, rather than the exponent of the full group (Z/N)^x.

New Features:

Conductor has been coded in an efficient way.
Elements of a Dirichlet group are now cached, instead of being endlessly recreated.
