New Features:
- The CasselsTatePairing between elements in the 2-Selmer group
of an elliptic curve is now also implemented for curves over a number field.
This uses the same algorithm as for curves over
Q. The most expensive
step is to solve a conic defined over the number field.
- A new implementation of the method known as ``elliptic curve Chabauty''
developed by Nils Bruin is included. This uses a combination of Mordell-Weil
sieving and Chabauty's method.
