New features:

New function AbelianQuotientInvariants(G, n), for G a finitely presented group and n an integer. This computes the abelian invariants of the quotient $G/<G', g^n: \forall g \in G>$ . It is particularly fast when n is a small prime.
Using LowIndexSubgroups on a finitely-presented group which does not have relations defined is not possible, and this now causes an error message, rather than crashing or silently giving the wrong results.
