  • Computing Hilbert modular forms
  • 3pm–4pm, Thursday 13th September, 2007

  • Hilbert modular forms are natural generalization of classical modular forms to totally real number fields. In this talk, I will introduce them briefly. Then, I will explain how one can compute them via the theory of Brandt modules. I will illustrate my presentation with several computational results that have been obtained during my visit here in Sydney.
